私は今夜初めてこの曲に出会いました！なんて素晴らしいバンドでしょう‼️74才の爺です！私も55年以上前にバンドを組んでいました！今の時代の音楽の素晴らしさに感動してます‼️
46のオッサンですが、残りの人生ずっと聴くと思います。
メディアの音楽界もしょうもない愛してるよ大好きだよ歌詞な曲にピックアップするより、アンキモのような全て天才完璧の本気度高いレベルのバンドをピックアップするべきだと思う。

やっぱりメタルのボーカルは最強だなと思う。バラードからゴリゴリのメタルへの展開、声のレンジ、質。これをこなすとか超人技です。
素晴らし過ぎて涙目になる。ハードロック〜ヘビーメタル５０年の歴史が詰まってます。
５２歳だけど、今まで聴いた中で一番の曲だと思う。嬉し過ぎて本当に涙が出ました。
同い年の私も、このバンドにほんと最近出会えて感動しました！

ひと昔前は洋楽と邦楽という仕切りがはっきりとありました。
このバンドは洋楽好きにも、邦楽好きにも満足を与えてますし、プログレ好きにも食い憑かれましたね。
全員の天才レベルの融合が面白いです。色々な方向性をこれからも見出してください。
この曲とバンド8年前くらいに知って当時学生でめっちゃ感動したの覚えてるけど、元々すごいクオリティだったのが、とんでもないクオリティになって改めて感動した笑 ありがとう。

個々のレベルがひと昔から格段に進歩している（他バンドも含めて）
30年以上前にメタルバンドで一応事務所に所属していたけど、技術も進歩しそれよりも一体感が半端ではないと思う
Xとほぼ同時代に目黒鹿鳴館に出演してたけど、それに及ばない様々なメタル系バンドが誕生して嬉し思う
また、それを支える裏方のPAさん照明さんの技術の高さに関心する。

Utterly magnificent! It's been an absolute joy in the past few months discovering the brilliant music being made in Japan. Puts most of today's Western music completely in the shade.

This is easily one of the best performances I've ever seen. It's amazing how strong Jill's lines are. They give the entire song a HUGE drama...almost cinematic in scope. The guitar lines are nothing short of brilliant. I love how the bassist hears the counterpoint in Fumiya's drum lines. And...Fuki's voice is sooo POWERFUL. Every time I listen to this song it gives me chills. Brilliant.
don't forget Jill-san's soaring violin --- the original version of this song didn't have violin on it...she takes the song to new heights.
oh, and Bass Player Ogwa-san? the running joke is that he's a normal-looking dude hanging with a group of Final Fantasy cosplayers.

Great way to put it. She is unbelievably talented.
She has one of a kind vibrato. Not a lot of metal vocalist have that range. The only woman who I can think of with that style and unique voice is Tarja Turunen. Ex vocalist from Nightwish. Fuki is a Goddess. Period.

It's you guys' magnum opus. I love you, but it's probably never going to be topped. Also it's one of the reasons why Yuyuko became my definitive favourite character in the entire Franchise.

Not kidding, it's one of the best pieces of metal I've ever listened to. Period.
The build up, the layering of the instruments, the insanity that is Fuki's voice, the sheer energy out this performance... It's absolute SS+ Tier.
I've been a fan of theirs for a decade or so now so I'm just insanely glad they're slowly but surely breaking out into more mainstream metal in Japan from what I've heard.
They deserve it.

I don't think they have much in common with Nightwish, but if you don't listen to a lot of metal I can understand the link. But I think Nightwish lacks the speed and power metal vibes that UM has, and UM lacks the feeling NW try to put in their music. Anyway, welcome to Ankimo world

. I grew up in the UK Midlands and cut my rock teeth on Black Sabbath et al, so I think I know my metal fairly well thank you. In my opinion there are definite similarities between the two.You are welcome to disagree but perhaps without the patronising ' you don't know metal inference.

I was just saying in my opinion they have pretty different sounds, both in vocals and instruments, if someone wants another band to listen who sounds like UM they should probably listen to other japanese stuff like Iron Attack, Minstrelix, Undead Corporatiom, Sword of Justice, Thousand Leaves, Galneryus, etc.

Lele Cacat I am actually surprised that their live media is better than their studio recordings on so many songs. Angriefer and Satsuriku no Miseria are two good examples.

I think one of the things that make a big difference is the violin. If you watch the other live version of this before Jill joined you can tell the difference as well. Also, they seem to flatten Fuki's voice in the studio recordings.
They're _either_ using a lot of digital effects (or tapes?) as at times it sounds like there is a chorus doing backing vocals and a full orchestral string section, not one violin, _or_ they have taken the video, rhythm tracks, and audience noise, and overlayed them with studio recordings. .... It is not uncommon for "live" recordings to be heavily edited in post production. Don't get me wrong, this is a great song and performance, but I an sceptical that it is a totally raw live recording.
@@pulaski1 Guys it's called harmonisation, playing/signing slightly different melodies overdubbed. It's a really good display of studio musicianship.

A diferencia de otras bandas como Dragonforce, Unlucky Morpheus logra sonar casi identico a sus discos. Algo muy dificil de lograr teniendo en cuenta la complejidad de sus temas... la calidad de estos músicos es extraordinaria.
Ojala algún dia se pasen por toda latinoamérica unida.

La verdad no me gusta mucho Dragonforce, como banda suena muy básica, poca calidad y superficial en vivo, además demasiada técnica, que se vuelve un poco aburrido, aunque no niego su talento. Lovebites les robó el show cuando abrieron para ellos.

After just a few listenings, this song is slowly becoming one of my favorite UM song. I like the dark tone and the touch of gothic metal and the chorus. Fuki is in her element through entire of the song.

and the response to it was "Shiren has tenosynovitis and can't play as well as he used to, so Jinya is stepping up to play leads. This has been going on for a couple of years now and it's fair to assume that it'll only continue. Shiren still writes the music anyway, so no complaints from me.
